ELISA analysis of TAB-408LC was performed by coating with human CEACAM5 protein (His tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with TAB-408LC. The HRP conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.

Highly reliable reagent
We used A5B7 in several immunohistochemistry experiments, and it provided consistent staining patterns. The detailed staining allowed us to draw meaningful conclusions regarding CEACAM5 expression.

User-friendly datasheet
The accompanying datasheet was very comprehensive and provided all necessary instructions for use, storage, and dilution. It eased the setup of our experiments significantly.

Efficient CEACAM5 detection
In our immunofluorescence studies, A5B7 provided bright and distinct localization of CEACAM5, helping us map its distribution accurately within the samples.

Excellent for WB
We have utilized the Anti - Human CEACAM5 Recombinant Antibody (A5B7) in Western blotting (WB) experiments on protein lysates from human colon polyps, metastatic colorectal cancer tissues, and normal colon epithelial cells. The antibody showed outstanding sensitivity. It clearly detected CEACAM5, even at low expression levels, and revealed distinct band patterns. This was extremely useful for studying CEACAM5 - related signaling pathways in colorectal cancer.
